As far as Poland is concerned there are two major databases of information concerning real estate, land and mortgage registers and records of land and buildings. Both of these databases shape the functioning of the market which benefits from access to information about property related rights. Many years of experience as regards analyzing land and mortgage registers have allowed us to notice the problem concerning the discrepancies between entries disclosed in the land and mortgage register with the data presented in the register of land and buildings. Download module enabling automating downloading from the electronic land registers database https://ekw.ms.gov.pl/eukw_ogol/menu.do. Now, thanks to a single insert file you can download any number of land and mortgage registers and you can save all or specifically selected sections of the book.
After the work is completed, a report summarizing the results of what you saved is generated.

Research module automates the testing process as regards land and mortgage registers. In a complex manner or individually, for plots, buildings and premises, it verifies the subject or object-related data. It performs comparative analysis in terms of timeliness, reliability and data integrity using the land and mortgage registers downloaded through Download module and data downloaded from EGiB.
The reports on discrepancies for both databases generated in Excel format is the end result.

The purchase price of the software KW Ekspert is 15 000 PLN net. It is the price of the professional version which allows you to compare the data from land and mortgage register with the from EGiB based on two systems (TurboEWID / WorkEWID and EWOPIS). The version enabling the comparison of data from one of the supported systems costs 9 000 PLN net.
The first three companies will receive discounts on the professional version: the first 3 000 PLN, the second 2 000 PLN and the third 1000 PLN.
